february notebooks

no new photographs. i don't really take pictures in the winter. something about 'cold' that shuts that part of me down. instead, i write and work on my notebooks. i worry about art being pretentious; art having no meaning but getting by only because it resembles other art. so i work out my ideas and reasons before printing. just my way of working out what i am saying and why i am saying it.
