My friend, Liam Burke

Liam Burke was a wonderful and very treasured friend. The best example I know of what it means to be a good man, a good husband, a good father in this world. He encouraged and supported me so much and I can only try to be the man he was. I learned so much from him. This picture on Jeffrey Thunders' myspace site made me smile. That it was accompanied by The Hold Steady's 'Lord, I'm Discouraged' said it all. Liam, the world is not the same without you.
